Congress Hotel Pass Fee:

For Participants who register with no accommodation the pass throughout the Congress Period is 250,00 Euro + %18 VAT. Services included in the Congress Hotel Pass Fee: Buffet lunches in the Congress Hotel, beverages during lunches, coffee breaks, making use of the ‘ All Inclusive Concept’ of the Congress Hotel between 09.00 – 18.00. Participants who are not accommodating at the Congress Hotel are to pay Registration fee and Congress Hotel Pass Fee for registration.

Check In 13rd March 2019 – Check Out 17th March 2019, 4 nights ‘All Inclusive’ concept accommodation, coffee breaks, two way Airport- Hotel transfers are included in above mentioned accommodation fees. All participants will be able to make use of all services that are included in the Sueno Deluxe Hotel accommodation concept.
